PROJECT NARRATIVE
The current owner of the property, Fakhoury Property Management, is seeking a zoning change in order to allow for the conversion of second-story commercial space into nine residential units.

The proposed zoning change request was received by my office in September 2020 and put through internal review before it was referred to the Sheffield Neighborhood Association Zoning Committee in October 2020.
